The period pants production line is capable of producing large quantities of period pants in a relatively short amount of time. It has a design speed of 450 pieces/minute and a stable production speed of 350-350 pieces/minute with zero-drop splicing. The rejection rate of this machine is 4% (excluding scrap caused by hot melt, materials splicing, or joint). Its machine capacity is approximately 400KW and the power source is 380V, 50/60HZ (3 phase, 4 lines + ground wire). The machine can produce products with dimensions of 560mm * 620mm, which can be customized to meet the customer’s desired size.
The period pants production line is equipped with a program system, tension system, driven system, safety system, packaging system, and web guiding system. It has full computer control and multiple systems that make it simple to operate with high accuracy of movement. The interface is installed in the middle of the machine and displayed on a large TV screen. Real-time information about raw material levels, jointer and splice status, and fan and vacuum pump operation is shown. Auto-reject and reject positions can be set up with the interface displaying production speed (pcs/min), shift output, reject quantity, and total capacity. Operators can easily detect any issues or abnormalities in these critical components, enabling prompt troubleshooting and maintenance.
