(excluding scrap caused by hot melt, materials splicing, or joint). Its machine capacity is 400KW approximately and power source is 380V, 50/60HZ (3phase, 4lines + groun wire). The machine can produce products with dimensions of 560 mm*620 mm, which can be customized to meet the customer’s desired size. The product structure consists of upper&lower tissue(or airlaid), cotton core (mix with SAP), topsheet hydrophilic nonwoven, ADL, leak cuff hydrophilic, back sheet, waistline nonwoven, waist nonwoven, waist elastic, pouch film.
