Our pulp feeding system utilizes servo motor control and automatically adjusts pulp dosing via speed alter to ensure fluff weight balance at both high and low speeds. When SAP is sprayed and mixed with fluff, an adjustable rotating brush is utilized to evenly control the thickness of the fluff. The servo control system allows for precise gram spraying setup through the interface. Quantitative mixing using a flat belt type mechanism is applied in the cotton bin, where it is combined with the cotton core before being wrapped. The semi-servo adult diaper production line also reserves the spraying position reasonably, ensuring that the spray gun is sprayed at a 90-degree angle as much as possible. The hose is perforated from the rear platform of the machine into the rear transmission box and then comes out vertically from the panel. It can be fixed in the transmission box to prevent rubbing with accessories. With the glue machine, automatic gluing and shutdown are achieved, while manual control is also possible. The PLC system is internally fitted with an angle controller, and the lamp is mounted at the glue applicator position for inspection.
