The product structure of the sanitary napkin making machine is flat (or textile edge) top sheet, ADL (blue core), pulp or airlaid core(mix with SAP), back sheet, absorbent paper, Release paper, Pouch film, Fast-easy&package.This machine produces products in the following sizes, 240 mm, which can be customized to the customer’s requirements. The designed speed is 1000 pieces per minute, while the stable speed ranges from 800 to 900 pieces per minute. The rejection rate is less than or equal to 3%, excluding scrap caused by hot melt, material splicing, or joint. The jointer automatically checks and rejects raw materials, an alarm sounds and the production line stops if there are any broken raw materials and an SAP alarm alerts for low spandex levels. Efficiently avoid shortages of raw materials and ensure the quality of products.
