Measure the length of the wall where you want to install the PVC shoe molding. Cut the PVC shoe molding to the appropriate length using a saw or PVC cutter. Place the molding against the wall, making sure it is flush against the baseboard and the floor. Nail the PVC shoe molding to the wall using finishing nails. Space the nails about 12 inches apart. Fill any nail holes with wood filler or spackle. Sand the filler smooth once it dries. Paint or stain the PVC shoe molding to match your baseboard and trim. Clean up any excess adhesive or paint using a damp cloth.
