The rejection rate is lower than or equal to 3% (excluding scrap caused by hot melt, material splicing, or joint).
The girl’s sanitary napkin production line is fully automated, commencing with the feeding of cotton pulp, thereby eliminating the need for manual intervention and ensuring enhanced safety measures. The amount of fluff fed can be automatically adjusted at different speeds to ensure an even distribution of weight for each fluff. It can be set and displayed on the touch screen, equipped with sensors that automatically alert and stop the machine when raw materials run out.
The product structure of this machine is flat (or textile edge), top sheet, ADL (blue core), pulp or airlaid core (mixed with SAP), back sheet, absorbent paper, release paper, pouch film, fast-easy&package. Using high-quality raw materials and a reasonable product structure can improve the comfort of use while ensuring high-quality product output. The main raw materials are automatically unwound by an inverter motor with buffer tension balance to achieve zero-time splicing. There is a one-button touch for shifting the motor running direction. The roll diameter and tension coefficient of the raw materials can be input from the screen.
The machine is equipped with quality control, which automatically eliminates split joint defects when receiving materials, rejects defects caused by a lack of raw materials and accessories, and passes manual product detection. Press the button to reject any defects.
