The full automatic pull up baby diaper machine is capable of producing four sizes of baby diapers (M/L/XL/XXL) and can also be customized to produce various types of baby diapers using a convenient and quick full servo drive digital number change system, according to the customer’s product size design. The product structure upper&lower tissue (or airlaid), cotton core(mixed with SAP), ADL, PE film, Front tape, Topsheet hydrophilic Leg cuff hydrophobic nonwoven, “S” cut side, Waistband online. The machine can produce a large number of diapers in a very short time at a fast speed. It operates at a design speed ranging from 700 to 800 pieces per minute while maintaining a consistent work rate of 650 to 750 pieces per minute.
The full automatic pull up baby diaper machine adopts servo control, equipped with program system, tension system, driven system, safety system, packaging system, and web guiding system. The program system includes servo drive and an intelligent HMI touch screen man-machine interface. The Tension control system with buffer system, and automatic web guiding system, ensure materials are stable and working at ZERO speed splice. The driven system includes servo drive and digital size change, ensure run synchronously at the full process. In the safety system has a safety guard for the operating side and an emergency stop switch, security identifier, and safety pull wire at the driven side. The packing system is with an auto stacker, which can be defined by customer need (dual push dual exit), and the stacking range is adjustable from 16 to 36 pieces in one pack. Last but not least, Germany BST or the USA FIFE is used for the web guiding system. These systems make our machine able to produce different sizes of diapers without slowing down the speed or letting the machine stop. To change the speed or the size of the diapers, you can just change the parametric settings.
