This is vertical 6-station EVA slipper making machine, which can be used to make all kinds of slippers, man’s slippers, woman’s slippers, children’s slippers and so on. Two sets of EVA slipper moulds can be put in each station, and 12 sets of slipper moulds can be put in 6 stations in total. Each machine has two EVA injector, two injector can be used to inject EVA materials into two sets of moulds at the same time. After that, it will go to next station and continue to work.
Two pairs of EVA slippers can be placed on each EVA slipper mold. After finished injection material, the mold will be opened, and you will get 4 pairs of EVA slippers, total you can get 48 pairs of slippers from 12 stations, which is efficient and perfect.
