EVA shoe molding should be worked with EVA injection machine to produce EVA slippers, garden shoes, soles and so on. EVA slipper mould has EVA expansion rate(normally 1.40-1.70), and the size of the EVA injection machine template for mould is 290*550, the size of women’s shoes and children’s shoes is relatively small, so one mould can place 2 pairs of EVA shoes for lady sizes, even 3 pairs for kid sizes, men’s shoes size is large, so sometimes it can only do one mould one pair. The price of one mould two pairs’ mould and three pairs’ mould is a little higher than one mould one pair’s EVA mould.
The customers can select our designs and samples to make EVA shoe molding and of course we can also make designs according to customers’ requirements.
Normally our mould making procedures are as following:
Sample 3D scanning, making 2D drawings, making 3D drawings, CAM, making wooden dummy, mould casting, CNC process, hand fixing, initial testing, chemical etching for textures, sample testing, mould packing, arrange shipment.
Before making the EVA slipper mould, we will make one wooden dummy for the customers to confirm the appearance design, trademark font, length, width, thickness, fittings and other details. After we confirm the wooden dummy and receive the deposit from customers, we will start to make the aluminum EVA slipper mould. After finished EVA mould, we will test mould and check quality, then go to packing step. Sea shipment, air shipment is all possible, and the customers must finish all the balance payments before shipment. The delivery time is about 25-45 days, it depends on customers’ order quantities.
