This is an EVA modern shoe molding used in cooperation with an EVA injection machine to produce various types of shoes such as EVA garden shoes, clogs shoes, Crocs shoes, native shoes, leather shoes, closed shoes, sandals, and more. The size of the machine template is 290*550. Women’s and children’s shoes are relatively small, allowing for 2 pairs of EVA shoes to be placed in one mold. Men’s shoes, being larger, require one mold per pair. The price of a mold for two pairs is slightly higher than a mold for one pair.
Our usual processes for making EVA molds include CNC, casting, Teflon coating, and electroplating. Additionally, we offer special processes for specially designed EVA molds.
Prior to creating the EVA modern shoe molding, we provide the customer with a wooden dummy for approval of the appearance design, trademark font, and other details. Once confirmed, we proceed with making the aluminum EVA mold. The delivery time ranges from 25 to 45 days depending on the client’s order quantity.
Upon completing the EVA mold, we conduct quality testing before proceeding to the packing stage. We offer both sea and air shipment options.
We welcome you to choose us and contact us soon.

Compression molding, as the name suggests, is the process of compressing a block of EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) foam inside a metal mold. Much like a cupcake mold, the sides of these molds have a design etched into them.
When heat and pressure are applied to the mold, the material expands and fills the inside of the mold. Under pressure, the EVA foam takes on the shape of the mold cavity, including the design etched on its sides.
Open up the compression mold after the cycle is complete, and you’ll be rewarded with a freshly made running shoe midsole. The sinews and design which you see on the midsole sidewalls are inherited from the mold design.
The midsole is removed, then the mold is cleaned and prepped for the next batch of production. The prepping process involves using ‘release agents,’ which is basically a chemical to stop the EVA from sticking to the metal surface.
