It also detects intermediate joints of materials, automatically removes waste, and triggers automatic alarms and shutdowns for broken materials.Automatically identifying and removing any unnecessary or defective parts during the manufacturing process, not only increases productivity but also minimizes the cost of rework or scrap.
The product structure of this production line is leg cuff hydrophobic, top sheet hydrophilic nonwoven, ADL, cotton core(SAP mixed), side tape, waistband, frontal tape, and back sheet. It has excellent liquid absorption properties, the surface quickly disperses and effectively absorbs moisture to keep the skin dry, not only ensuring the functionality of the diapers but also maintaining comfort. The size of this machine’s product, including M (680mm*450mm), L (800mm*650mm), and XL (950mm*760mm), can be customized according to the customer’s requirements.
