The semi-servo period pants production line features two sets of operating screens in the center of the machine, with UI in both Chinese and English. An operating screen can display material deficiencies, joints, connections, fans, vacuum pump working status, and date of count position, and quantities can be adjusted on the screen. Not only that, but it can show the work rate, shift production, monthly production, annual production, count volume, and product qualification rate. Another operating screen is mounted above the back of the machine to display all operating information in real-time for easy and convenient operation. The machine uses a high quality cutting knife with a scrape cutting method that effectively avoids products that are not cut off, a carbide cutting blade, and a carbide knife pad studded on the bottom rod.
The product structure of the semi-servo period pants production line is Upper&lower tissue(or airlaid), Cotton core(mix with SAP), Topsheet hydrophilic nonwoven, ADL, Leak cuff hydrophobic nonwoven, Waist nonwoven, Waist elastic, Pouch film(for menstrual pant). It produces products in the following sizes. The adult pants are 700mm*800mm and the menstrual pants are 560mm*620mm. This can be designed based on the size of your desired product.
