The product structure is up tissue and low tissue(or airlaid), cotton core(mix with SAP), top sheet hydrophilic nonwoven, ADL, leak cuff hydrophilic nonwoven, back sheet, waistline nonwoven, waist nonwoven, waist elastic and pouch film. The power source is 380V,50/60HZ(3 phase, 4 lines + ground wire).This machine not only has high productivity but also a low abandonment rate, and a rejection rate of ≤4%, excluding scrap caused by hot melt, materials splicing, or joint.
