The product structure is Leg cuff hydrophobic nonwoven, Top sheet hydrophobic nonwoven, ADL, Cotton core (SAP mixed), Side tape, Waistband, Frontal tape, and Back sheet. And the general product sizes it produces are M (680*450mm), L (800*650mm), and XL (950*760mm). The application of raw materials adopts servo control. SAP spray gram is set up through the interface, with a flat belt pushing and mixing-up fluff. It ensures continued even spray and includes a heater before dispensing. In addition, the top sheet hydrophobic nonwovens, waistband and back sheet, etc., employ zero-speed auto-stitching, auto-rejection, color jointer detection, auto-rejection, raw material inspection, broken auto-alarm and stop line.
