The product of the full servo I shape baby diaper production line is upper tissue, lower tissue, cotton core(mix with SAP), ADL, back sheet, frontal tape, top sheet hydrophilic nonwoven, leg cuff hydrophilic nonwoven, spunbond small ear, elastic big ear, and waistband. The line also features a high-speed SAP applicator that evenly distributes the superabsorbent polymers used in the diapers. The SAP spray adopts servo motor control, and the weight ratio can be set on the touch screen. The SAP is automatically fed into the hopper from the ground with a limit detection alarm and automatic feeding device, providing maximum absorption and reducing the risk of skin irritation.
