The product of this automatic T-shaped baby diaper production line is upper tissue, lower tissue, cotton core(mix with SAP), ADL, back sheet, frontal tape, top sheet hydrophilic nonwoven, leg cuff hydrophilic nonwoven, spunbond small ear, elastic big ear, and waistband. The distribution of raw materials adopts the distribution method of the surface absorbent layer on the top and the bottom film on the bottom, which can quickly absorb the moisture on the baby’s skin and effectively distribute the liquid throughout the diapers to ensure that the liquid is evenly absorbed without causing any leakage, keep the skin dry, prevent rashes or discomfort, and be light and breathable.
To further improve production efficiency, you can choose to add an automatic stacker (double push and double outlet) to use with the host, the stacking range is 16-40pcs/pack adjustable, and you can flexibly customize the packaging size according to your specific requirements.
